Oya literally “embroidery”, encompasses a large range of jewelry and accessories. These traditional handcrafted items, made from silk, date back possibly as far as 4000 years. These beautifully unique fashion accessories stand the test of time regardless of current fashion trends.
The needlework itself involves using intricate technique that is passed on from mother to daughter in remote villages of Anatolia. Very few true quality traditional crafts women exist today.

Washing instructions: Put the item in a bowl filled with warm water and some liquid detergent. Shake the bowl gently a few minutes. After rinsing Leigh down to air dry. DO NOT wring the items. The handmade item will maintain its appearance after hand washing due to use of a special high quality fibers.
